Purpose

Mika Life OS is operated locally on a personal Windows PC. It assists only its owner with organizing their own accounts, email, documents, tasks, and calendar.

Not a public service: there is no registration, no third-party user account, no advertising, and no sale of data.

Capabilities

The current Gmail integration can search, read, and summarize email; manage labels, archive, read, and star state; and save drafts. Write actions require a preview and explicit approval. Direct sending, deletion, unsubscription, and opening links or attachments are blocked by the local safety policy.

Google access

Each Google account is separately authorized by its owner through Google OAuth. The application accepts only locally allowlisted accounts. Access can be revoked at any time in Google Account connections.

Local security

OAuth client data and account tokens are encrypted with Windows DPAPI for the signed-in Windows account. They are stored neither in this website repository nor in Proton Drive.

Public website

This website supplies only the information required for Google OAuth. It has no sign-in, does not connect to Gmail, and processes no Google user data. See the Life OS Privacy Policy for details.
